This is the most popular form of massage as it is a deeply relaxing massage focusing on built up stress and muscle tension in all areas around the neck, shoulders and across the back.

This massage encourages relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation and posture, relaxes muscles and improves flexibility, relieves tension headaches, strengthens the immune system and can help to decrease feelings of depression.

Deep Oil Massage:

Deep Oil Massage is a very specific massage treatment in which the therapist uses knuckles and elbows to "strip out" muscle tissue as far down to the bone as possible.

Express Facial:
30 mins £30

This includes cleansing, scrub, steaming with hot towels, toning the skin followed by moisturising. Finishing off your treatment with a relaxing scalp, neck and shoulder massage.

Luxury Facial:

This includes all of the above skin treatment steps however with the addition of the application of a painted mask. To finish off your treatment you will be rewarded with a 30 minute body massage.

This form of massage is ideal for treating stiff, painful trouble spots for example the shoulder and neck.
